ScaleElectric.ai is operated by 323 LLC (pending legal review). These draft terms cover use of the website, audit requests, communications and scheduling. Separate written service agreements govern any paid services.
Free audits and service availability
Submitting an audit request does not create a paid service contract, reserve exclusive rights to a market or guarantee availability. We may evaluate service-area fit before offering services. Audit recommendations are informational; marketing results and revenue are not guaranteed. Any prices quoted are confirmed in writing, and ad spend is separate.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not submit another person’s contact information without permission, send abusive or automated requests, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. We may reject fraudulent or excessive requests.
Calls and SMS consent
By submitting an audit request, you agree to receive calls and texts from 323 LLC, doing business as ScaleElectric.ai, about your audit. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Contact privacy@scaleelectric.ai if you prefer an alternative contact method. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Scheduling and third-party tools
Appointment times are shown in your local timezone. Availability can change before confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after the confirmation screen and calendar invitation. If scheduling is unavailable, your request is saved and we will follow up. We may use HighLevel and other service providers for communications and scheduling; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.
Privacy, cookies and intellectual property
Our Privacy Policy describes audit information, security, cookies and any analytics we enable. Website content and branding belong to ScaleElectric.ai or their respective owners. You may use the site for your own business evaluation, not copy or resell its content without permission.
